daytime fading fast

evening grows

Another beautiful winter sunset over Port Phillip Bay from Sandringham cliffs.

We have now passed the Winter Equinox and each evening  daylight lingers for a little longer. The birds are becoming a little frisky , Greenhood orchids have flowered and more Wattles are blooming

    1. Thanks Suzanne. We have Greenhoods flowering in our front yard right now, (in a pot) but yes they are to be found in reserves in Beaumaris nearby and if you know where to l,look , along the coastal path

        How wonderful to think those bush reserves and coastal tracks I loved as a child still remain. I got married in Cheltenham Park – it was lovely back in the 70s. I hope it’s still there.
